Michael H. Moghtader is the founder and managing attorney of MHM Law Group, APLC, bringing over 25 years of experience helping clients throughout California. After being sworn into the State Bar of California, Michael opened MHM Law Group in April of 2000, dedicating his career to providing results-driven legal representation in personal injury, immigration law, property damage, and criminal defense—always with a focus on the unique needs of each client.

Michael is known not just for his legal expertise, but for his unwavering commitment to justice and personalized advocacy. Milad Moghtader, Esq.

Managing Attorney
Milad Moghtader is a Managing Attorney at MHM Law Group, APLC, where he brings a distinctive blend of legal expertise and healthcare insight to serve clients across California. With a strong foundation in science and patient care, Milad’s approach to the law is deeply analytical, compassionate, and community-driven.
 
Before starting his legal career, Mr. Moghtader earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and went on to receive his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Western University of Health Sciences. He spent several years practicing as a licensed pharmacist in Southern California, working closely with patients and families during some of their most critical moments.
 
Driven by a desire to create a lasting impact in his community, Milad transitioned into the legal field, earning his Juris Doctor degree and becoming a member of the California Bar in December 2025. He now works extensively in personal injury matters, applying his healthcare background to build stronger cases and pursue full compensation for his clients.
 
Milad’s background in healthcare gives him a distinct advantage in the field of personal injury law. As a licensed pharmacist, Milad understands medical terminology, treatment plans, and how injuries progress. This medical insight helps him evaluate cases thoroughly, work effectively with doctors and insurers, and build stronger, evidence-based claims. His ability to bridge the gap between medicine and law ensures that no detail is overlooked, and every injury is accurately represented.
